Raquex Replacement Strap for Racquet Bags

Although we make every effort to ensure our products are the best, sometimes parts can fail. A previous version of strap’s buckle on our large racquet bags (as pictured above) could sometimes break, which we have now upgraded.

If your buckle has failed, we can send you a new strap, free of charge.

All you need to do is complete the form below and we’ll post out another. Keep hold of the shoulder pad (with the Raquex logo on it) so you can put it on your new strap when it arrives.
